Transmission installation
Install the transmission in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention to the following points:
Bearing and oil seal
Caution
replace the removed bearings and oil seals
with new ones ...
Countershaft gear / driveshaft gear
disassembly and assembly
Refer to “transmission removal” and “transmission installation” .
Disassembly
Caution
identify the position of each removed part.
Organize the parts in their respective groups

Fuses
The main fuse is located under
the front seat. To access the fuse,
remove the seat by referring to
the seat lock and helmet
holders.
The fuses are located inside the
left fairing. One 1 oa and one 15a
spare fuses are provided inside
the fuse box.

Rear wheel removal
Place the motorcycle on the
side stand.
Remove the cotter pin 1.
Remove the axle nut 2.
Warning
A hot muffler can burn you.
The muffler will be hot enough
to burn you for some time after
stopping the engine.
